Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, brand materials, campaign objectives, timelines, approval decisions, project instructions, access to required files, and any documents needed for service completion.
- Delays in providing required information, approvals, assets, or payments may affect campaign timelines.
- Clients may be required to review and approve strategy documents, press releases, campaign copy, public statements, media materials, advertisements, or other deliverables before publication or distribution.
Campaign Results
Public relations results may vary depending on media interest, audience response, campaign timing, brand positioning, industry conditions, publication decisions, platform policies, and other factors outside the company’s control. Virellon LLC provides professional PR support but does not guarantee specific media placements, publication approvals, sales outcomes, follower growth, search ranking, customer acquisition, or public response.
Payments and Service Delivery
Clients agree to pay all approved charges according to the terms listed on the invoice, proposal, agreement, or payment page. Services are delivered through email, scheduled meetings, written strategy documents, press materials, digital files, campaign reports, media outreach coordination, content drafts, vendor coordination, and approved project milestones.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed because PR services may require planning time, writing, research, campaign setup, media list preparation, vendor coordination, content production, digital tools, advertising placements, distribution fees, and project-specific expenses.

- No PR planning, writing, campaign setup, media outreach, research, vendor coordination, consultation, or digital setup has been performed.
- No press release distribution fees, advertising placements, media tools, vendor costs, design costs, content costs, event costs, or project-specific purchases have been incurred.
Non-Refundable Services and Costs
Completed services, consultation time already used, PR strategy already developed, press releases, media kits or content already written, campaign planning already completed, media outreach already started, distribution fees, advertising placements, vendor expenses, creator fees, event costs, custom research, reporting, and delivered digital files are generally non-refundable.
